Unable to get download guest receipt on android and ios

    Hi,

     

    We have configured sponsor based guest client access.

    Once guest client submit request form sponsor allow/reject client access.

    On client access request page "Log on" enabled after sponsor allow access.

    On windows client we are able to download guest account recept but on android we didn't get download option.

    Can some one please help me to fix the issue.

    Is the captive portal browser being used? If so, they restrict file downloads so this feature cannot be used in that scenario.

    Okay...

    If guest client is accessing internet and he got phone call, after disconnect call can guest client access will be resume on existing approval or he need to send guest access request again.

    If they’ve already logged in, MAC caching would allow them to reauthenticate until their account expires.
