Update Device Fingerprint Device Category/Family/Name combination is invalid

    As the title says, when I go into Endpoints and try to update the fingerprint manually for a particular device (by choosing the Device category, OS Family and Device Name from the dropdowns), I get the error "Device Category/Family/Name combination is invalid".  (see attached image).  Any ideas, or is this a bug?

    That's because the device hasn't been profiled.

    If your trying to ADD a new fingerprint for this device category, select ADD not Override.
