Hi,

just seen on ASP that 6.8.2 is released. I wanted to update my server but the update is not showing up in the update page on the web interface.

There ist just "ClearPass 6.8.0 Rollback RPM Package"

Do i have to install this before? (is it mandatory)

Or is 6.8.2 not rolled out yet to the customers?

Hi,

CPPM 6.8.2 is public available. Please use the "Check Status Now" button to update Software Packages.

If you experienced any issues, please check "Event Viewer" for any messages.

Did this already.

Nothing is showing up - Event Messages say "No new updates available."

6.8.2 is still available - see attachment

Yes I have, and i can do the download manually from HPE Portal with the same credentials the server is using.

6.8.1 was also shown in this list before 2 weeks - this was the last time i checked.

Now it works - the update is listed.

One last question - do i have to install the "ClearPass 6.8.0 Rollback RPM Package" first? I'm on 6.8.0 right now.
