    GUI seems to be dead and which service should I check and how to get it up after I upgrade from 6.1.4 to 6.2.0? Need some help here.

    Try restarting the admin service:


    service restart cpass-admin-server

    Try clearing browser cache and/or try another browser. If that doesn't work
    then open a TAC case.

    I saw a similar issue with Internet Explorer..  are you running Explorer 11?

    Did you try Google Chrome? Try Chrome and let us know...

    I am using Chrome, IE and Firefox thus it should be a CPPM error.

    TAC confirm it is CPPM upgrade corrupted and have fallback to the previous version. Thanks everyone for your help.
