What are the steps for RMA?

You will need to open a new case with TAC.

The RMA process is outlined in this document:


Under the section "Return Material Authorization".


Aruba Networks support will verify the diagnosis, and process the RMA according to entitlement.

Hi Airheads team, 

I have a question from Orange for a specific deal.

when applying Lifetime Warranty and having a dead box, you call the TAC for a RMA.

According the TAC_quickReferenceGuide.pdf", when returning a dead box to Aruba, the customer "may" have to pay the bill for transportation and import/export fees if any ?

I am a little bit doubty : """"MAY"""""

Is it country dependant ? 

if yes, is there a list somewhere?

if no, what's the rule ? 

we bill the customer or not?
