Windows Hotfixes Updates needs updates

    Hi there,

     

    I just setup automatic updates for Posture and Fingerprints (from cluster wide settings) and but I still see the following after some days:

    Posture Signature Updates1.597322019/01/25 13:00:14Online2019/01/25 13:41:05Latest
    Windows Hotfixes Updates1.26312019/01/10 05:57:46Online2019/01/10 06:41:10Needs Update
    Endpoint Profile Fingerprints2.6382018/12/07 06:58:52Online2018/12/19 23:16:02Updated 36 days ago

     

    My question is:

    - How to update the "Windows Hotfixes Updates"?

    - Is it normal for the Endpoint Profile Fingerprints to be 36 days old?

    Hi,

     

    I see the same on my ClearPass.

    Actual there is no newer Fingerprinting File available. I double checked it on Support Page.

    As far as I know Fingerprinting Files will be updated not on a regular Basis, more when new Fingerprinting Information is available.

    Let me investigate on the "needs update" message.

    There was an issue in the Backend system. Should work now.
