    ClearPass Policy Manager 6.1.0.50961 on CP-SW-EVAL platform

    Everything working well except the monitoring tab...it's seems that i cant press on nothing there without getting this error:

    (Access TrACKER also)

    from the begning.

    just after i finish the install wizard reboot - and the system went up.

     

    just a small update:

    I tested it a little more, The issue I describe in the in the post  is accruing only when pressing on:

    • Live monitoring>Access Tracker
    • Live monitoring>Accounting
    • Live monitoring>OnGuard Activity

    Do you have the original VM.?  Can you start from scratch?

    *A scratch start of 6.1 isnt needed becasue - it's from the moment i started to use the GUI after the install wizard finish the first reboot*

     

    Problem Solved! By tac advisory i installed all 4 patches from the support site (import update>cli offline update process) :smileyvery-happy:
