clearpass - Device category not displayed in Access Tracker

    Hi Sifus,

     

    in the last clearpass 6.6.x release, we can see the device category being shown in the access tracker, but not in 6.7.x release.

     

    from the endpoint database i can see the device is being profiled but can only be seen in the authorization tab only.

     

    is this normal?

    Is this happening for all entries? If so, please open a TAC case.

    yup...it happened to all entries..already asked during remote session before...but the TAC said probaly a bug...

    am i doing correctly for the profling as shown above? the 6.6.x ver got the "enable endpoint classification". it got replaced with "master server" right?

    Can you confirm is you see this on wired and wireless?

    On on wireless.

    ClearPass is Radius for IAP Cluster (Model 303, Aruba OS8).
