cppm certificate

    we have 1 controller and one cppm,

    i have upploaded trusted certificate to cppm, but when am trying to login to my cppm interface gui, i got untrsuted message, i thought i have just to upload the certificate and it will work,,

     

    please help?

    When you look at the server certificate in the browser (the lock), do you see ONLY the server certificate, or do you see the trust chain all the way up to the CA?

    You'll need to upload the certificate twice. Once for RADIUS and once for HTTPS. You'll see a drop down at the top of the certificate page.

    - Does the CN or SAN names include the hostname you are browsing to to administer CPPM?  

    - Did you load the certifificate under Server Certificate or Trust List?   

    - Did you load the certificate under HTTPS Server Certificate or RADIUS Server Certificate?
