Hi,
I got above error message when try to save my HPE Passport in Clearpass.
My HPE login (my email address) and password is correct.
I can login to hpe.com with my id.
I am using ClearPass 6.7 90 days eval icense for Platform, OnBoard, Access, OnGuard.
I need to key in my HPE Passport because I need to get latest update
SW INFO:
-ClearPass 6.7 vm
-ESXi 6.5

Have you checked the event viewer? What does it tell you there?
Have you activated your evaluation in the account bound to the HPE Passport?
Updates require an active ClearPass support contract or evaluation in the account.
If you still have issues, you should contact TAC.
If you have urgent issues, please contact your Aruba partner or Aruba TAC (click for contact details).

SOLVED
I need to create a new eval license key after I login into my hpe a/c
I don't know where to register eval license that I got from partner
There is no error message in my laptop EventViewer

HPE passport account which you are using should have all your licenses mapped to it. If you need any help in this, open TAC tikcet.

HPE passport account using have all licenses mapped Ready.
Used to work before, just had problems
