Re: error "Error validating credentials from webservice; check Event Viewer for details"

Have you checked the event viewer? What does it tell you there?

Have you activated your evaluation in the account bound to the HPE Passport?

Updates require an active ClearPass support contract or evaluation in the account.

If you still have issues, you should contact TAC.

Re: error "Error validating credentials from webservice; check Event Viewer for details"

HPE passport account which you are using should have all your licenses mapped to it. If you need any help in this, open TAC tikcet.
