guest portal not updating endpoint role ID

  • 1.  guest portal not updating endpoint role ID

    while logging into guest portal, hitting the mac and user service is not updating the device endpoint with the Role ID. i.e. Guest RoleID = 2.  

    Need to get those endpoints updated with the guest role ID. ideas?

    Is there a role assigned in Guest.
