how many users can store in database of CP-HW-500

    hi, experts

    CP-HW-500 – supports a maximum of 500 unique devices, which is on our selling guide,

     

     I have a question : the number 500 include all devices about onboard,onguard and guest,is right?

     

    if customer only need guest function,HW-500 can support 500(except 25 enterprise license) cocurrent user, but how many users can the database store?

    You could create 50,000 user accounts in the database.  But only an average of 500 unique endpoints per day can be authenticated to remain within the permitted license limits.
