location "Building1.floor1"

    How do I set or change the "location" of the running config?  (location "Building1.floor1").  Or just get rid of it all together.

    If you wish to remove the location then select "remove fqln" when provisioning the AP. if not enter the buildings/floors in visualrf and update accordingly.

    If you mean the controller location, you can change this through the GUI via:

    Configuration > Network-Controller> Look for the controller location setting in here.

     

    Via the cli just enter the following command:

    configure terminal location "whatever you want here"
