no Log in button in after redirect from self-service-portal in clearpass guest?

    I can't find any log in button after entering the credentials as shwon in attached

    You should really work with a ClearPass partner.

    They didnt got it work and they used launch network login page and it worked as marked in yellow

    But for self-service-portal we got only the page with no log in button and no redirect happen

    Airhead Geek,

     

    When you edit the self-serve captive portal options, click on NAS Vendor Settings:

    After you click on NAS Vendor Settings, you need to click on "Enable Guest Login to a NAS Server" and click on "save changes".  That should make the "login" button show up.  If the button is greyed out, that means that the account has not been enabled..

    Thanks Colin it is already checked and enabled..but still no button appear is there is any other reason for that?

    Airhead_Geek,

     

    It could be a number of things.  I would open a TAC case so that they can look over your entire configuration.

    We have get the Button by strange method !! dont understand why till now?

     

    changeing in NAS Vendor Section in Self register page :

     

    Change from Controller Initatited to Server intiated and save and re-change it from server iniated to to controller initiated and walla ..the Log in button appeared !!!

     

     

    does any one have a scientific explain ?

     

    and there is another issue appeared when we click on log in..the page stuck in login in progress...
