    Gang, I have onboard setup to email a sponsor for approval. I have sponsor email page setup as a drop-down list and user can select the sponsor. The sponsor recieves the email but when clicking "confirm" gets the attached error. Comments?

    just looking at that it seems your setup doesn't return a correct email adres. did you follow some guide or build something yourself?

     

    how did you set it up?

    I agree with boneyard, it seems that the sponsor's email drop-down list is not returning a value that is being identified by the form as a correct email. Can you post your configuration for that field?
