"Failed to get value for attributes: MAC Vendor"

    Access tracker gives the alert message "Failed to get value for attributes: MAC Vendor" but the Endpoint repository provides the MAC Vendor information.  I need to get the MAC Vendor info to show up in Access Tracker so that my Role Mapping will work properly. Endpoints Repository and Insight are my authorization sources.

    How are you profiling your endpoints in ClearPass ?

     

    Typically you want to configure ClearPass as  DHCP relay under the Wireless Users Data VLAN
