rap web auth disabled and validating identity error

    I have configured RAP in tunnnel  forwarding mode with employee and guest ssid

     

    For employee ssid .. ldap authentication is done...but  some wired winows xp clients remain in  "Validating Identity" , get IP addresses also can access all required servers , webmail. also in lan card properties " authentication failed " is obsereved.

    what could be possible reason ?

     

    and for Guest using captive portal  after some time of use around a minute or so ... it starts showing page " web authentication disabled"
