user s in from 1 ssid are getting disconnecting continuously :

user s in from 1 ssid are getting disconnecting  continuously : 

Ap 135 and authenation is open and controller is 6000 and version is 6.2.1.4.

 

pls tell me how i can check what is the issue.

How many SSIDs on that AP?

Do you have drop broadcast and multicast enabled in the Virtual AP?

is below is the path:all profiles :rf management : virtual profile .

and kindly conform. and say the solution
