    I want to know I have qourntinne VLAN to be the default enforcment for users because if I use deny access none authenticated machines will not be able to log into domain so what shall it permnit and what should be denied?

    What are you trying to do?  Everytime you quarantine a user, it generates a helpdesk call, so you need to be mindful of that...

    Permit the IPs of your domain controllers.....
