whatsapp and CPPM / whatsapp connection after http navegation

    Hi.

    I would like to share with you this behavior, guest are avaible to connect to network (a as espected) using smartphone but whatsapp doesnt connect until guest navegate on internet using a browser, if guest dont navegate on Internet the whatsapp dont connect.


    guest conection to network > connection whatsapp (faild)

    but

    guest connection to network > browser navegation > connection whatsapp (work)

    i dont have any policy in order to block whatsapp port. I think the device must navegate on internet in order to get full access to the other apps.

    If possible change this behavor?

    Are your guests in a pre-authentication role?

    guest are in guest role (authenticated)
