Passed my ACDX exam curious if Aruba gives paper certs for these expert exams or plaques like Cisco does. Anyone happen to know?

Yup. You will get a framed certificate (though Cisco plaque has a much better quality and aesthetics) along a Polo certificate.

    Congrats and good job!

A few questions from someone who is just starting to study for it:

How many years experience do you have from working with Aruba?

For how long did you study?

    Without breaking NDA or rules:

Does the exam guide (http://www.arubanetworks.com/assets/training/ERG_ACDX.pdf) correspond correctly with the questons on the test?

Two of the recommended traning is about 802.11n, is it better to study the documents about .11ac?

    Regards

    Philip

I've had about 5 years experience but I wouldn't say having years experience is what is needed. You could easily study the VRDs for a few weeks and probably pass and that's really your study guides anyways. Only tip I can give on the test is manage your time efficiently and understand which portions count the most, don't spend too much time on the smaller stuff.

    Good Luck!!

I would agree with what @flava has said. In addition to VRDs, you will also need to have good product knowledge. If you have read VRDs well and understand where each device fits in the topology, it will be an easy sailing for you.
