    AP-225's keep rebooting and  I am getting this error message in debug status"

    SAPD: Unable to contact switch: HELLO-TIMEOUT. Last rebootstrap reason: Missed heartbeats:" .

    That message is mainly when there is packet loss between the access point and the controller.  What is between the access point and the controller?  Also make sure the link to the controller is not oversubscribed, and the links do not have duplex or speed mismatches.
