Upgrade path - Aruba Certified Switching Associate (ACSA)
05-06-2019 12:23 AM
Hi,
What is the upgrade path mentioned here - https://www.arubanetworks.com/en-au/support-services/training-services/certified-switching-associate/
If I have out of one listed certification, how upgrade path works in terms of the exam? Will it be different from the actual exam (HPE6-A41)?
Any inputs with respect to the above questions would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Regards,
CP

In the Delta/Upgrade exams you have less questions. But afaik the passing score is a bit higher.
Your current certification needs to be sent to the certification team.

Hi,
Thanks for your inputs. You are right, I have checked both exams here:
Normal path -https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/datacard/Exam/HPE6-A41
Upgrade path - https://certification-learning.hpe.com/tr/datacard/Exam/HPE2-Z39
Considering both exams, there is no much difference, only 10 questions are less in the upgrade path.
What's a benefit for the delts/upgrade path then? I think Aruba considers 10 questions difference = other vendors certification if there is no other difference apart from 10 questions and 2% lower passing score.
