It is good for your resume, but it also allows you to challenge whether or not you are an expert in deploying Aruba products.

Some employers want employees to get certified, some people just like to get certified as part of career growth, some partner programs require certification, etc. Just some examples...

Passing this exam demonstrates substantial ability in designing, configuring and troubleshooting Aruba networks.
