Sorry it was my fault, all the wlans default role were logon.
So when I registered the licence, the logon policies started to apply so nobody with wireless voip, people claiming that a white screen saying something about unauthorized appears when they connect to the internet and so on. :p

When I realized that was the problem I changed the wlans role to authorized and now its OK.
Luckily here in barcelona is time to go to home so there is only a few users.

But the firewall behaviour is strange because there was some moments when I did calls.

Now it seems all OK

When you do not have peg nothing OS enforced. When you add the license it is unpredictable.
