1920 multicast problems

    Hi all,

     

    My customer is having trouble using multicast on 1920 switches. It works perfectly on some dummy switch that he has for back up but whenever he connects the 1920 he has it starts laging, both video and sound. 

     

    Is that something you have expirience with / is it known problem? If someone could help would it be very appriciated.
