    Hello,

Is there way to monitor qos port queues somehow with snmp in 2530/2540/2900/5400 series switches? I have tried to browse HPE's mib collection (some 200 mib files) but haven't found proper sensors which would give information about dropped packets in different queues..

Is there such sensor which can tell such data for me?

According to following matrix the MIB variables hpSwitchEgressQueue... should provide that. These MIB variables are included in the hpSwitchStat.mib.

ArubaOS-Switch MIB and Trap Support Matrix
    https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=a00055711en_us
search for "SNMP Port Egress Queue (16.06)"

Not sure if the lower end switches like the 2530 support it. so you may check here for support:
    ArubaOS-Switch Software Feature Support Matrix
    https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=a00038733en_us
    search for "Egress Queues"

On the CLI you may see the same values with the command "show interface queues <port-id>"
