Are you the original owner of the switch?  How long has this been happening?

    Greetings!

The 2930F switch series does not have a battery backup for the system's Real Time Clock (RTC); as a result, when the switch reboots or loses power, the clock resets to the default date and time.

This issue was addressed in WC.16.08 and later software releases — when the switch reboots, the clock is set to the last known good time rather than being reset to 1990.
