    Hi Airehads,

One of my clients lately asked what Aruba roadmap regarding the 2930M / 2930F , Now , When the new 6300M/F Series is out.

Is there any offical statement regarding the life-span of the 2930M/F?

    EOS?

    EOL?

Why that client will buy 2930m when 6300m will give him better OS , with better and newer capabilites ?

I would like to get some offical Aruba answer , In order to emphasize that the 2930M/F are still live and kicking for the Access layer.

*Is there any future plan to make the 2930M/F also ArubaOS-CX products?*

    Thanks.

    Me.

    Hi kdisc98

    Ask your Local SE Aruba...

There is no EOS/EOL for 2930M/F and there is never ArubaCX on this product (not the same hardware...)

2930 still has a competitive price compared to the 6300 series.

I really beilieve that when there are enough 2930 being sold in the market, the product won't go end-of-sale very soon.

Only reason to get 2930 now is that it's cheaper.

Wonder why someone would buy 3810 now, not really sure though on it's features but seems that 6300F/M has everything you would need?
