Well...actually...ArubaOS-Switch has a maintenance branch (16.02) and three actively developed (features differentiated) newer branches (currently 16.10, 16.09 and 16.08)...with a release cycle where, at some point, each new branch is "forked" (read: generated) by previous branch...so what you should see is, on average, four branches receiving updates...but...you will also see more, reported as current (updated last time months ago).

Is it the same ArubaOS-CX on 6300/6400 too? So should we expect update for those in couple days?

The minimum version on 6300/6400 is 10.4.

So these 10.03.0071 release  does trigger new 10.4 release which has it own cycle.

Ah true, my bad. I hope ArubaOS-CX doesn't follow the procurve line where you can go to HPE site and then have 10 different 16.xx to choose from, with different 16.xx.yyy's :)
