    Still no release notes tho.

    Some early findings:

    - Had a quick look at the CLI and could only find a new "client track" feature.

    - Also a new aruba-central command.

    - And allow-unsupported-transceiver.

    - ClearPass still doesn't allow downloadable secondary roles, so not sure if they added this to AOS-CX as promised and we are just missing the updated ClearPass DUR plugin.

    - NetEdit can receive and apply configs to the switches, but they show as "unreachable". It also does not accept the new client track commands, and fails validation.

On Aruba 8320, egress routed ACLs seem to be supported on SVIs now.
Up to 10.04.xxxx, only ingress was available.

Also, on 8320, issueing "write mem" freezes the console until CTRL+C is pressed

EDIT 24.07.2020: Still no support for egress IP ACLs on VLANs

All things considered, a rather unspectacular release.

Release notes are now available. Not impressed.

Still no support for downloadable secondary user roles.

Still no support for SFP56+ on 6400.

Not a lot of new features for access. Long way to go to bring the CX OS to feature parity with ArubaOS.

allow-unsupported-transceiver has been added, which may be useful for those using 3rd party optics that aren't as compatible as you'd think (although I've found it's usually fixable with an SFP programmer).6300M unsupported transceiver.png
