Ciao,
looking the new release functionality I found out this:
VSA to force client reauthentication
With this feature, authenticated clients will be forced to perform re-authentication during the authentication session using the SESSION-TIMEOUT attribute in RADIUS CoA. When the authenticator switch (acting as NAS for wired clients) receives RADIUS CoA with the SESSION-TIMEOUT value set to 'x' seconds, the client re- authentication for the specified client is triggered after 'x' seconds. Thus, re-authentication of authenticated clients can be triggered by this feature from outside rather than logging into the switch.
What is the use case ?
