    Good day,

     

    I was wondering if it was possible to connnect Aruba 2930F to HP 5510 HI series switch via a DAC cable. Has anyone ran into similar issues conserning this?

     

    HPE X242 10G SFP+ to SFP+ 3m Direct Attach Copper Cable (J9283B) is the one I would be using.

    I'm sorry but I can't test this for you but it will probably work. Only on the 5500-HI CMW based switch you will get a message in syslog that you're using unsupported tranceiver.
