Hi all, I'm configuring solution for my customer and was wondering if he went for Airwave or Central would he be able to skip the 8x5 proactive care support on the switches instead? Just honest question, hope someone can assist me.

AirWave and Central are management and monitoring platforms, and should not be considered a substitute for Proactive Care (or any other support contract options), which includes hardware support, access to Aruba and HPE technical resources, and incident support coverage.
