By means of a VPN? please consider that Aruba 2530 are just gigabit ethernet switches (with very limited Layer 3 features, if any)...not VPN Firewalls.

Is that relevant considering that Aruba 2530 is not able to support any of them?

MACSec is supported on the 2930M, 3810M and 5400R (for the 5400R on SmartRate or V3 modules).

Check the ArubaOS-Switch Software Feature support Matrix 16.06 for a full overview of feature that are (or are not) supported on each switch model.
