We have a deployment of two HPE procurve 6600 switches setup with ISC for distributed trunking for our TOR access to our server infrastructure, the fw is K.15.18.0021 on both switches.

we need to add multicast on a few of the vlans that are tagged on the dt-lacp trunks. we do not need to be routing multicast traffic between the vlans.

according to Distributed Trunking Configuration Guide pg 12

we just need to: vlan 1003 ip igmp ?

does the ISC trunk explicitly need igmp enabled as well?

I don't fully understand how IGMP works in this situation.
