    Hello,

     

    I have written a short backup configuration file process on HPE 1920S Switch.  Please, follow the instructions written in the attached guide to backup configuration file on HPE 1920S Switch.

     

    In addition, please, refer to the page 208 of HPE OfficeConnect 1920S 8G/24G/48G Switch Series Management and Configuration Guide below.

    But, to be sure, at the end, after uploading the file. We only have to reboot the switch ?

    Need to upgrade the Firmware HPE OfficeConnect 1920S PD.02.06

    Via HTTP getting error Ajax showing url w3 & through error 403 forbidden. Please refer the screenshot

    Greetings!

     

    Here are a few troubleshooting steps to try, if you haven't already:

     

    • Verify that you are logged in as an admin-level user, and that your login session has not expired
    • Try uploading the firmware image using another web browser
    • If the switch is properly configured for SSL/TLS, use secure web UI access (HTTPS) rather than plaintext HTTP
    • Redownload the software update from the HPE support site, and try updating the switch again

    If none of these options help, contact HPE OfficeConnect Support for further assistance.
