power-over-Ethernet command - disable for laptops?

Hi,

Possibly a silly question; but it is best practice to use the “no power-over-Ethernet” command for all switchports except the ones we know definitely need it (VOIP phones etc)

Thanks

Hi,

You can... if you want... but for me not really a "best" (good) pratice

(there is a special "protocol" on PoE device for search if the port is PoE or not...)
