620 controller hang (freeze)

    Deal all,

     

    I have a 62 controller (version 5.0.2.0) and 3 APs (ap-105) before it run well, about a month ago i run about 1 or 2 days then will hang (freeze), i cannot ping or login to it but all led is turn on. I must turn off power and turn on power again then it will run again.

     

    What error. please help me

    That's a very old version of code. You might consider trying to upgrade to at least the latest 5.x version of code as I'm sure there were many bug fixes. You'll need a valid support contract to do so.
