7005 controller license

    Hello, all!

     

    7005 had licenses for 12 AP's.

    After external power failure all licenses erased from controller.

    In partner portal I find only license for 6 AP's.

    There is possibility that other person is activated other license.

     

    How can I find all licenses which mapped for concretive Controller 7005?

    You can type "dir" on the commandline to see if there was a flashbackup.tar.gz file.  If there is, you could restore the backup and see if the licenses are there.

     

    You could contact TAC, here:  http://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/contact-support/ but if the licenses were transferred to another controller, they will not have an activation key for them...

    Hello!

     

    Main situation that license for 6 AP were bought and activated.

    License for other 6 AP's were transferred from othe controller

    If they are not in the flashbackup, you would need to contact TAC to get it back, or if you had the activation email from the transfer, you could paste that back in.

    There is no flash bakcup.

    Can I find some license information form below files?
