We have an Existing Aruba setup with 2 Controllers (3600 & 650 - Master/Local) and its completely full with AP. Now we need to add additional AP's and a New controller (7000/7200) as well.

Can we integrate the 7000/7200 series controller with old (3600 & 650) in a similar fashion.

    Hi,

Yes, you can integrate the controllers. You could add the 7xxx controller as another local controller.

But, bear in mind that it's generally recommended to use your most powerful controller as the master.

    Thanks James

But we need a similar version. right ?

    I am not sure whether 3600 & 650 support 6.4.x.

    Hi,

Yeah, you're correct. The controllers are required to be on the same firmware version.

All the controllers mentioned support AOS 6.4.
