7210 controller not ping with each oter

    hi,

     

    my client has four controller two in HQ and another two in remote location. when we try to ping a local controller from master its not pinging. when we increase the packet size to 2000 its ping with 100% success.can you please help me in that.

    because on master controller all the AP's which are connected to local controller shows down. 

    also on airwave i am not able to see any client with AP's that connected to local controller.

    Can u run [show switches] on the master controller please

    Can u run [show log errorlog all] on the master controller please.

    share the outputs with us.

    (Do u able to ping the specific local controller IP from a different equipment ? for example from the GW or another switch on the same segment )

     

    U sure , That the tunnel between master and that specific local is up and running?

    hi my local controller also not show me the client details like avg signal quality,speed,usage. it only show me the client name with connected AP,s .

    Are you seeing this in the GUI or via the CLI? Feel free to post a screenshot showing this.

    Any chance of a larger screenshot? Its quite small so difficult to make out the details...
