    Hello.

When I enable 802.11k, 802.11r and 802.11v my APs starts to reload every 2-5 minutes with "Reboot caused by kernel page fault at virtual address 00040004"

If I try to upgrade firmware on my controller with 275 and 103 IAP I received a message "error retireving image".

If I disable 802.11k all works fine. Firmware 6.4.4.8-4.2.4.3_56707

    What should I do?

Please open a case with TAC if this is an urgent need.

You mentioned the AP models are 275 and IAP-103. What is the controller model? Based on the firmware version, it sounds like this should be Instant (controller-less) and not controller based. Also, what firmware version are you trying to upgrade to? I presume 6.4.4.8 is your current version.

Virtual controller based on Aruba 275, firmware 6.4.4.8.

I'm trying to upgrade on 6.5.2.0 version, but see "error while retrieving image"

Do your APs have Internet access for downloading firmware?

Are you attempting to upgrade using the “update now” button on the Instant UI, or are you trying to manually download an image you downloaded from the support site?

I tried to upgrade manally and using "update now" button. But both methods didn't work

Is the cluster a mix of 275s and 103s? These APs run different firmware builds (same version number, but the firmware file will be different for the platform), so in order to upgrade the cluster, the APs will need to be able to reach the support site for the other models to download the matched code for the version you’re upgrading to. Either the APs do not have the ability to contact the support site, or the version you’re trying to upgrade to is not in the general upgrade list because of it’s age.

Yes, I'm understanding this. If I manually upgrade my IAP's the VC asks me 2 versions of firmware (Pegasus and Centaurus). In auto mode "search for new version" VC don't see new version on site

Okay, and you have both versions of the upgraded firmware?

Since it is related to what you are trying to do, please see the Support Note here: http://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Controller-less-WLANs/What-are-the-IAP-models-that-supports-dot11k/ta-p/294553

It is not known when those specific devices will support 802.11k

    Hello!

    Some IAPs (103) reboots with
"Reboot Time and Cause: Reboot caused by kernel page fault at virtual address d4006804, epc == 801c5b70, ra == c0395154"

Firmware 6.5.2.0, in VC only 103 IAP. What I can do with it?

It sounds like you may need to work with TAC on the upgrade.
