As Onno mentioned maximum througtput depend on a couple of things.
- Modulation mode
- Datarate
- Spatial streams
- channelwidth/bonding 20mhz,40mhz,80mhz,160
- Guard interval
- RSSI signal strength / SNR ratio
In most office deployment channelwidth to 5ghz is set to 40mhz to can greate a good channelplan without overlap (co-channel interfernce) also note WiFi is half-duplex.
Take a look at the MCS index for a good overview.

Also note that modulation datarate isnt your real throughput, due of re-transmissions, waitingtimes, interference, etc. you should normally real throughput arround half of the modulation datarate.
Also note that the Aruba AP-135 wireless AP, 802.11a/b/g/n, 3x3:3, is not 802.11AC compatible and not MU-MIMO.
