AAA authentication timeout

    I am currently suffering problems with AAA timeout, I can poll the radius server from other locations.

     

    There are two domain radius servers both of which suffer the timeout out issue.

     

     

    show log security all | include authmgr

     

    Oct 11 12:35:15 :199802:  <ERRS> |authmgr|  user.c, ip_user_new:539: Role for user 6c:50:4d:af:47:c0 set to 'logon' since AAA profile not found

    To see the status of your radius servers, type show aaa authentication-server radius statistics:

    What is the radius source interface  IP set to( #show ip radius source-interface)?

     

    Make sure you set the same IP address which is used as RADIUS client and keys should be same on both the sides.
