Wireless Access

hi all

      i have a ac620 ,and upgrad version to 6.4.2.2 alrealy , but connect a ap103 that 

show ap database i can't see anything , so i want know AC620 and the software version is 6.4.2.2 that can be support access point 103 ? thanks

and i want know that where can see this docment of support

My ac image version is 6.4.2.2.. so that must be spport ~but thanks

Maybe say what image to used to be running, and someone may be able to suggest what changes may have stopped this from working.

Are you sure you are not using an Instant Access point??

Or are you sure that AP is configured correctly to communicate with the master?

How does the AP finds the master in your enviroment?

Does it find it by DNS? 

Can you tell us more about it? 

The AP 103 is supported in 6.4.2.2

huh...i make sure the image version is 6.4.2.2 and the ap is AP not IAP..

and when i connect ap to AC, the ap power light is Red , 5G light is green,so its unusual ..

i user "show datapath session“ in ac , it's no any output (some like pipe tunnel creation or something)

and i reset the ap to the factory set.. but not any respone ...so i thinks this ap need RMA but i want ask first ...

Did you see any error on the console output?

The pwr should not be in red, maybe when you turn it on for a  few seconds but it should not stay in red...

If it stay in red yes it might need an RMA
