    Hi Guys,

i have AMP running 8.2.7 version but showing AP-305 as AP-50.

based on release note, AMP support for AP-305 should be available since 8.2.4.

anyone have a fix this issue?

You might consider posting this in the Network Management section: https://community.arubanetworks.com/t5/Network-Management/bd-p/NetworkManagement

Is this for an isolated AP or all the AP-305 under your AirWave appliance? I don't have this particular model available but I would try and re-add the device or re-poll the controller it is associated with.

If that does not help, best way to go would be with TAC, to identify any potential bug.

Are you sure it is an AP-305?  Did you recently upgrade Airwave?

    Hi Owehrli, Hi Collin,

sorry for posting in the wrong section and thanks for the help.

we have 205 and 305, all 205 are showing correct AP type. All of the 305 showing as AP-50.

the server was originally running in 8.2.0 when adopting 305 and showing this wrong ap type which later upgraded to 8.2.7 but still showing as AP-50 even after re-poll them.

I would suggest opening a TAC case, so that they can check the DB and see the value getting updated and also, see what controller return on manual poll.
