AP 205 licensing

    Hi , we have 1 new controller 7xxx and 12 AP205. Now we have already added the license for 2 AP on the controller, but the license for the rest 10 AP are not added to the controller due to wrong certificate-ID. Now I take a AP 205 ,and connect it to controller 7xxx, from the controller can see the ap , and can do the provisioning, but the AP radio always not on, and I check the license under license management on the controller, the number of AP under "service  status and current limit"   is 0.  Pls advise which step I didn't do to license the controller and AP. Thanks a lot in advance.

    HI,

     

    Can you share the output of "show ap database " and "show license-usage ap"

     

    it will give us some idea about the issue.

     

    Please share the above and feel free for any further help on this.

    thanks for your kind reply.  now Ap can work after I click this , click that, ... don't know what happen,  ,anyway , thanks a lot
