¸AP 215 always upgrading

    Hello!  I have an AP 215 that is always rebooting.  On the controler, I can see that is in "upgrading" state.  All my others APs are OK.  Only this one.  I tried factory_reset, clear os, clear all, purgeenv...  I did the reset with paperclip.  Nothing works.

    please attach full console log from power on until it reboots. I suspect a hardware issue with the flash or pci; the full log should show it somewhere.

    RMA it (or bin it) - PCIe interface to the radios is borked.
